Donghwa Container Transportation Service Co., Ltd. (herein after referred to as DW) was established in 1984. The shareholders are China International Marine Contianers (Group) Co.,Ltd. And China Ocean Shipping Agency, Shanghai. Donghwa also have branch companies and service stations in Qingdao, Yantai and Ningbo.

Donghwa holds 6 depots, 290000 square meters in all, the total storage capacity is 53000TEU. 2 CFS, 55000 square meters in all. Three depots are located in Wai Gao Qiao area, 2 depots in Baoshan District and the rest 1 is in Yangshan area. One CFS is in Pudong and the other is in Yangshan area.
